The sinking sun cast a red haze over the sky and everything under it. They continued walking, feeling empowered by each other’s presence. Thunderstruck - EncounterMugen and Jin ran out into the main hallway with their weapons drawn and headed for the commotion. They heard weapons clattering and shouting coming from the yard, the other guards were most likely fighting the samurai with the lightning bolt sword right this moment. Mugen’s heart raced; he’d finally get to fight him. When they reached the yard, the battle seemed to be over. The other guards were lying about the yard, but the intruder was no where to be found. Thunderstruck - ReasonSenior Sergeant Bradley and Junior Officer Duo sat at the counter in the sake house. Bradley grumpily ordered and then drank his cup in one quick gulp, while Duo sipped his slowly. “So um…” Duo started quietly “Why do you think they didn’t uh… Kill us?
